Start with the right kind of plastic

The formula’s recommended examples include plastic bottles, planters, storage objects and selected craft materials. Flexible items such as shower curtains, rain boots, grocery bags and bubble wrap are not recommended. Test your specific object before committing to the full design.

Leave enough time for the finish

Allow one hour between coats and thirty days for a full cure. Use primer and sealer for added protection on heavily used plastics, following their compatibility instructions. Decorate the outside of an object and keep paint away from food-contact areas.
